Forlorn is my key world.

Issues: How to express emotion, an abstract thing, in a concrete thing.

Solve: By research the state of some objects after being forlorn and the expressions of some people after being forlorn I tried to extract some elements that can express emotions.

Why do you consider this project your best outcome so far?

It is a relatively complete project and I like this theme very much. For people like me who are not good at expressing emotions, it can clearly show our emotions and vent our hidden emotions.

How would you complete/ develop this project?

I will continue to try out other ways of wearing this model and try to see if there are better materials

What role did Research play in your project realisation?

Like a guidepost，Through the process of research, the development direction of the project is clarified step by step, and then the further development is carried out.

Which work by another artist or designer influenced your work? Why was this source particularly important to developing your outcome?

I was influenced by the design work of designer Anna Gates.

Because she made me see more possibilities of the egg material, such as the embroidery on the egg. Inspired by this, I tried more ways to use the egg material.

Because our projects are thematically linked we were able to present them without the need for divisions or sections, instead the viewer can pass from one to another naturally.
