I really looked at how this dish was presented and liked that the different foods on the bruschetta are stacked in a way that they are visually interesting. I like how the food was arranged because the pieces are arranged in pairs which gives the plate a clean look. Taking a look at the closest two pieces of bruschetta, the shapes of the brie cheese and apples fit well together even though they are different shapes entirely. I thought that the basalmic drizzle resembles tie-dye because of the way the apple absorbed some of it.
