Tine De Ruysser: wearable metal origami
This wearable metal origami made me think of a fashionable spin on metal body armor worn as protection during medieval war. The structure is bulky like medieval armor, but it appear femine because of the contruction of the folded materials, as well as a more fitted silhouette. The reflectiveness of the material is also relative to that of body armor. I think it works well with the soft femine color and sheen, but still keeps it edgy because of the aggressive nature of the pointed oragami edges constructed by polyester material pulled to shape around copper.
