Making a Page copyable

Page copying is useful for setting up templates for other users to build their content on. It's also useful for putting the same page into multiple collections.

Here's how to do it.

  1. Go to My Pages -> Pages
    download.php?file=1327214&view=136394&em
  2. In the list of your pages, click the Edit button next to the one you'd like to make copyable
    download.php?file=1327215&view=136394&em
  3. Go to the Share Page tab
    download.php?file=1327216&view=136394&em
  4. Click on Advanced Options at the bottom of the page
    download.php?file=1327217&view=136394&em
  5. Check the Allow Copying checkbox
    download.php?file=1327218&view=136394&em
  6. Save at the bottom of the page
    download.php?file=1327219&view=136394&em

The page is now copyable by anyone who can see it (anyone it's been shared with).

In other words you must a) share the page with person X, and b) make the page copyable, if person X is to be able to make a copy of it.

Please note: When a page is copied the two versions are independent of one another. You can edit one without affecting the other.
