I looked at these texture pictures, the spider web reminded me of knitting, and also that artist call Louise Bourgeois, she always use spider motif as a way of expressing her emotions to her family, especially her mother. And this gave me a sense that I could use this to represent the friendships between me and my best friend.

We tried on the piece and our friendship transformed into performance art. Even if we pull away from one another, the stretchy yarn will always bring us back together.
I am very inspired by the artist Erwin Wurm's work, she's very good with using body to communicate with the viewers. Especially, this "One minutes sculpture" project "questions and reflects on sculpture itself, seeking to overcome its restrictions, limiting its life time to one minute only. "
I looked for those artists' work that have something to do with human body connections by using cloth or fabric.

These pictures are the screenshot of a video I saw on instagram, the title is called "getting dressed". I found this is very interesting because these visual movements with each other in another way of saying is that, they are trying to communicate with each other without speaking.
When I was young, I often played the game Cat’s Cradle, where two people use one piece of string to create different figures with their hands. I always found the different shapes and movements interesting: all the various figures reminded me of how friends can play different roles in our lives.
Childhood memories begin with those games that we played with our friends since young. Children's relationships always begin from playing games. And this reminded me of me and my best friends.
