REFLECTION : 22ND - EVALUATING OTHERS/PEERS WORKFLOW

PERSONAL AIMS : GROUP EVALUATION IN ORDER TO DEVELOP  REFLECTIVE AND EVALUATIVE SKILS 

HOW DID THIS HELP? WHY ? CONFIDENCE BOOST how did you feel about looking at others workflow ? why?  was it a positive or negative experience? was it your first time look at another students reflections? how did they compare to yours ? in what way ? how has this changed your idea on the way you carry out your research and reflection ? why ? what was the main thing you came away with from this session? how did the atmosphere I the class change?

At first i found this activity strange it was the first time looking at the peers in my classes reflection and research, for me it was interesting however could se it made others quite uncomfortable. i felt myself comparing my work to the ones being projected on the screen. i was specifically looking a how there layout different to mine. in the past loaura has mention that my layout can come across unorganised. I took this chance to make notes on there work regarding the layout, i now understand how layout an the overall organisation of your work can make it easier to understand. earlier in the year i didn't feel as though that it made a large difference. The experience remained extremely positive which was nice, i feel this brought our group together by the end of this workshop. now having seeng a good example of layout i plan to make a conscience effort to keep everything on my workflow clear and concise. 

Action plan 

  • weekly workflow reviews making sure everything is up to date and organised
